Policies, Deposits, Refunds & Rain checks

- Coast Guard regulations limit all pleasure craft to a maximum of 6 paid passengers plus a reasonable number of crew.

- A 20% deposit is required when booking. Deposits are refunded only if cancellation notice is received 14 days in advance of scheduled charter date.

- Rescheduling with less than 14 days advance notice is subject to the cancellation policy.

- Cancellations will be made at the Captain's discretion. Cancellation due to inclement weather will receive a rain check for the same boating season. Cancellation due to rude or reckless behavior will not receive a rain check or refund.

- Passengers are responsible for any damage caused by their actions. A cleaning or repair fee will be applied for damage caused by the passengers.

- Please inform the Captain of any passengers with medical conditions.

- Passengers are permitted to bring food and alcohol aboard.

- Rates are subject to change.
